Pay Loans In Branch

You can make payments with a variety of payment methods at any UICCU branch. Visit our Branch Locations and Hours page to find the branch nearest you.

  • Cash, Checks, Debit or Credit Card Payments at Any Branch

    (One-Time Payments)

    You can make single payments for UICCU loans of all types at any of our branch locations with cash, checks, debit or credit cards. To find the location nearest you, visit our Branch Locations and Hours page.

    Payments made in person via cash, check, credit or debit card are credited to your loan immediately. We ask that you make in person loan payments inside the branch rather than the drive-thru.

    UICCU accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards. We do not accept American Express cards. Payments made in person with a credit card are processed as a cash advance and may incur fees from your card provider.

  • Ask to make a payment from a UICCU Account

    (One-Time or Recurring Payments)

    If online banking isn't for you we can help you get a loan payment made from a UICCU account at any branch. To find the location nearest you, visit our Branch Locations and Hours page.

    We can make one-time transfers to pay your loan. You can also request that a recurring payment be setup to automatically pay your loan from a UICCU account. Recurring payments that are setup in person will not be accessible via Online Banking. To cancel or make changes to this type of a recurring payment please visit any branch or call us at (800) 397-3790

  • Make a payment from a UICCU Account

    (One-Time or Recurring Payments)

    If online banking isn't for you we can help you get a loan payment made from a UICCU account over the phone.

    We can make one-time transfers to pay your loan. You can also request that a recurring payment be setup to automatically pay your loan from a UICCU account. Recurring payments that are setup over the phone will not be accessible via online banking. To cancel or make changes to this type of a recurring payment please visit any branch or call us at (800) 397-3790

  • One-time Expedited Payment via Debit Card

    (One-Time Payments)

    You can make one-time expedited loan payments over the phone with your debit card from another financial institution. These payments are processed instantly to your loan.

    To make a payment over the phone with a debit card the following rules apply:

    • We need to speak with the cardholder directly.
    • We accept Mastercard and Visa debit cards.
    • We cannot accept prepaid cards without a name on them.
    • There is a $20.00 convenience fee applied to the transaction. The transaction total will post with this fee plus your loan payment amount.

    We highly encourage our members to make use of one of the many other options available for making loan payments. Many payment options have no fees associated with them and can be setup in person or online.   • One-time Credit Card Payments via ACH

    (One-Time Payments)

    You can make one-time expedited loan payments over the phone with your account and rounting number from another financial institution. 

    To make a payment over the phone with your account details please have the following information ready:

    • The full account number for the external account. 
    • The routing number for your external account. 
    • Type of account: checking or savings.

    There is a $20.00 convenience fee applied to the transaction. The transaction total will post with this fee plus your loan payment amount.

Pay Loans in UICCU Online Banking

Loan and credit card payments can be made quickly and easily in online banking or via our mobile app. If you haven't enrolled in online banking yet visit our new user enrollment page to get started.

  • Quick Transfer in Online Banking

    (One-Time Payments)

    If you have a UICCU checking or savings account with sufficient funds, you can make most loan or credit card payments from the main dashboard of online banking or the mobile app.

    1. Click on the more options button (3 vertical dots) for the account that you'd like to pay from, generally checking or savings.
    2. Choose Quick Transfer from the options list.
    3. Inside the Quick Transfer window, select the loan or account to make a payment to.
    4. Enter the Amount to pay.
    5. Press the Transfer Funds button.
    6. The quick transfer/payment should only take a few seconds. The balance of your checking or savings account will update instantly. In most cases, your loan balance will also update instantly to reflect your payment. If you make a mortgage or credit card payment via online transfer, your loan/credit card balance will take 1 business day to update, however, you will receive credit for the payment on the date that you initiated the transfer.
  • Transfer Funds in Online Banking

    (One-Time or Recurring Payments)

    If you have a UICCU checking or savings account, you can use the Funds Transfer feature to make one time loan payments or schedule recurring payments to automatically pay your loan based on your custom settings. You can also use this feature to transfer funds from a verified account at another financial institution. See below for details on verifying and using an external account.

    1. In the online banking main navigation menu, click on Transfers/Deposits and select the Funds Transferoption.
    2. Select the account that you want to make the loan payment from, generally checking or savings.
    3. Select the loan or credit card account that you want to make the payment to.
    4. Enter the amount.
    5. If you're just making a one-time payment, you can choose to select a future date for the transfer to occur or press the Transfer Funds button now to complete your payment.

    For Recurring Payments

    1. To set up recurring auto-payments, check the box that says Make this a recurring transaction .
    2. When you setup a recurring transaction the Amount you enter will be transferred between your selected From and To accounts on a schedule of your choosing.
    3. The ---Select Transaction Frequency--- menu has a list of standard options to choose from.
    4. Select the frequency and chose a date from the Start Date calendar. For recurring transfers from external accounts, we recommend setting a transfer date at least 5 days prior to your payment due date to account for weekends and federal holidays.
      • Note: If you are making a loan payment from a UICCU account, you can check the box that says Repeat Forever and the recurring transfer will end once the loan is paid in full. If you are paying from an external account you should to set an end date or cancel the series to end the recurring payments when the loan is paid.
    5. Once you've selected and entered the required details, press the Transfer Funds button to initiate and start the recurring transfer.

    Cancel a Recurring Payment

    1. You can cancel recurring transfers that you've set up in online banking at any time.
    2. In the online banking main navigation menu, click on Transfers/Deposits and select the Activity Centeroption.
    3. Select Recurring Transactions from the top three options in the Activity Center.
    4. Click the Actions link next to the transaction you wish to alter and choose the Cancel Series option.
    5. Click Confirm in the popup window to cancel the recurring transaction.

  • Verify an External Account in Online Banking

    (One-Time or Recurring Payments)

    You can make payments for UICCU loans or credit cards by verifying an external checking or savings account and transfering funds from that account.

    Verifying an external account can take up to 5 business days. Once verified, the external transfer process generally takes 2 full business days to complete. Please plan accordingly.

    For recurring transfers from external accounts, we recommend setting a transfer date at least 5 days prior to your payment due date to account for weekends and federal holidays.

    Payments via external transfer can be made directly to most UICCU loans. Payments for credit card and mortgage loans must be sent to a savings or checking account first. An online payment can then be set up to transfer funds from that checking or savings account to the credit card or mortgage loan.

    External transfers can be made directly to UICCU Credit Cards by linking an external payment account in MyCardInfo. See the MyCardInfo payments topic for details.

    Verify an External Account

    1. In the online banking main navigation menu, click on Transfers/Deposits and select the Add External Account option.
    2. Enter your Account Number and Routing Number . Select the Account Type of your account, either checking or savings.
    3. Press the Continue button.
    4. Two random micro deposits for less than $1 will be generated and sent to your external account, watch for them closely in your account's transaction log. This process may take up to 5 business days.

      The verification process must be completed within two weeks of submitting the initial request. After two weeks you'll need to submit another authorization request and disregard the micro deposit amounts generated by your previous request(s).
    5. Once you receive these deposits in your external account, make note of their exact amounts.
    6. In the online banking main navigation menu, click on Transfers/Deposits and select the Verify External Acct option.
    7. Select the account that you are verifying (make sure the select circle for the correct account is filled). Enter the amount of each deposit without decimals in the available fields. Press the continue button.
    8. You will see a page notifying you that your external account was successfully added.
    9. Log out of online banking for your account to update.
    10. The next time you log in to online banking your external account will be an available option on the Funds Transfer page. See the Transfer Funds in Online Banking topic for details on setting up a funds transfer to make loan or credit card payments.
  • Credit Card Payments in MyCardInfo

    (One-Time or Automatic Credit Card Payments)

    Online Banking funds transfers can be used to make payments to your UICCU Credit Card, the benefit of that approach is your checking or savings account balance will update immediately to show your available funds if you're making payments from a UICCU account.

    You can also make or schedule payments directly via MyCardInfo. With MyCardInfo you can add an external payment account to skip the "transfer into savings first" step needed for online banking transfers from external accounts. You'll also have options to set up automatic payments for the balance of your account or your minimum payment due.

    To make one-time payments in MyCardInfo you'll need to first add a payment account. Once an account is added, you can make one-time payments from that account.

    Add a Payment Account to MyCardInfo

    1. You can navigate to MyCardInfo by logging in to online banking. In the main navigation menu, click on Credit Cards.
    2. The credit cards page shows a list of the cards on your account. Click on the credit card that you want to manage in MyCardInfo.
    3. Once you're on the MyCardInfo site, in the main navigation choose the Payments > Payment Accountsmenu option.
    4. Click on the Add Payment Account button.
    5. Enter a Nickname for the account, select the Account Type , enter the Routing Number and Account Number and choose whether this account should be the Default. When all the information is added, press the Submit button.

    Make a One-Time Payment in MyCardInfo

    1. You can navigate to MyCardInfo by logging in to Online Banking. In the main navigation menu, click on Credit Cards . The credit cards page shows a list of the cards on your account. Click on the credit card that you want to manage in MyCardInfo.
    2. Once you're on the MyCardInfo site, in the main navigation choose the Payments > Make a Paymentmenu option.
    3. Choose the Payment Account from the drop down menu.
    4. Select a payment option: Minimum Payment, Current Balance, Last Statement. You can also choose Other Amount and enter your desired payment amount.
    5. Enter your desired Payment Date.
    6. Click the Continue button.
    7. Review the details of the payment. Check the box to authorize the payment. Press the Confirm button when you are ready.

      Automatic Paymentsoption.
    8. Select your desired Automatic Payment Type . You can choose to pay a specific amount each month, or set your payment to be your minimum payment due or your statement balance.
    9. Select the type of account that the payment will be pulled from. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number for the account.
    10. If you selected a specific amount Automatic Payment Type , enter that amount.
    11. Read the authorization notice, check the box to authorize the automatic payment, and press the Submitbutton.
    12. To cancel an Automatic Payment, return to the Automatic Payments page. Click to see the options for Automatic Payment Type and select Automatic Payments Disabled . Click the Submit button to make the change.
