Community Relations

Funding Eligibility

  • All funding requests must be from local 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations or schools in the communities we serve and must have a proven record of effective work. 
  • All requests should be made at least 60 days prior to the event or given deadline. Responses can be expected within 14 business days from the time the application was submitted. 
  • You will be required to submit your organization's W-9 to receive payment. 
  • We are unable to provide support to individuals or GoFundMe fundraisers. 
  • Funding must be used to support communities within our geographic footprint. 
  • While we strive to support as many causes as we can, we’re unable to fulfill every request.

GreenState Foundation

The GreenState Foundation is now accepting grant requests for projects or programming that directly support the following three areas of philanthropy:

  • Financial Health
  • Affordable Housing
  • Environmental Sustainability

Giving Back to the Community

In 2022, GreenState supported over 800 local charities.

GreenState staff volunteered over 6,300 hours to support community events and programs.

GreenState contributed over $3.5 million to support local charities and events in 2022. As we grow, so does this amount.
