As a student, there will be times when you need funds fast to cover expenses and avoid overdrafts. The University of Iowa Community Credit Union is proud to offer this free service to the students that have an Iowa One™ Checking Account.

Need Funds Fast?

ChecksNet allows family and friends to transfer funds directly into your Iowa One™ Checking account, even if they bank somewhere else. Money transferred will be credited to your account the same business day. There is no waiting period or "wire transfer fees" as is common with other financial institutions.

Come to any UICCU location or call 800-397-3790 to initiate the process. All you need is the routing (or ABA) number and account number of the financial institution that the funds are coming from.

There is a $100 minimum transfer requirement. ChecksNet forms submitted before 3:00 PM will be processed in the same business day. Forms submitted after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Forms are processed Monday - Friday. Funds will be available after 4:30 pm. Amounts of $10,000 or greater may be subject to a funds availability hold.
