Mobile Banking lets you securely view and monitor your accounts from your internet-enabled smart phone, or get account information via text messaging. It's unlimited in convenience and it's free.* Members must be signed up for CU-Online Banking to access these products.
Simply go to m.uiccu.org from your smart phone and bookmark it. You will use the same log in credentials to access mobile banking that you established for home banking. You will be asked your security questions the first time logging in. Here are just a few things you will be able to do.
• View account balances and transaction history
• Make bill payments and transfer funds
• Find the nearest UICCU branch or ATM location
Text Message Banking
To enroll your cell phone in the free service, log in to home banking and click on "Mobile Banking and Alerts". Follow the simple instructions and you will be set up in minutes.
Once the service is established, you can get information by texting the following keywords to 454545.
BAL = Primary account balance
BAL ALL = All account balances
BAL CHK = Checking account balances
BAL SAV = Saving account balances
LAST = Last 5 transactions
STOP = Deactivate service
HELP = Help on keywords

Q: What is Mobile Banking?
A: Mobile Banking is a modified version of CU-Online Home Banking. Screens and content are compacted and simplified so that viewing information is easier from the smaller screens of smart phones (Droids, iPhones, Blackberries, etc)
Q: Do I need to sign up for home banking before I can have access to mobile banking?
Q: How can I access mobile banking?

Q: Do I need to memorize another USER ID and Security Code?
A: No. It is the same USER ID and Security Code that you established when signing up for CU-Online.
Q: If I am a first time user, will I be asked my security questions when I log in?
A: Yes, just the first time. For security purposes, the system needs to establish that the phone is owned by the actual account holder.
Q: What will I be able to do in mobile banking?
A: Check balances, account histories, transfer funds, pay bills (if signed up for bill payer), schedule bill payments, and find our locations.
Q: On the account summary screen in Mobile Banking, I can only see account numbers. Is there a way to clarify better than just account numbers?
A: Yes. CU-Online allows you to give "nicknames" to your accounts, and this will show up on Mobile banking. So instead of numbers, you'll see the name that you have assigned, such as "Jims Checking" or "Anne's Car Loan". Log in to CU-Online and look under USER OPTIONS to nickname your accounts.
Q: How do I sign up for Text Banking?
A: Log into CU-Online from our homepage, click on the "Mobile Banking and Alerts" link and follow the simple instructions to register your phone.
