UICCU has begun the process of building a Member Support Center in North Liberty. The vision is to build a facility with the next 30 or 40 years in mind, allowing UICCU to grow while centralizing back-office processes for greater efficiencies and improved service. The center will also eliminate the leasing expense of the various satellite spaces currently in use.
The building phase began October of 2011 with completion planned for mid-2013. We have built this section of our website to keep you informed of our progress.
