Due to this continued growth, we are looking forward to adding a team member to our Human Resource department. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of exceptional service to our 250+ staff members!

If you have HR experience and are ready for an exciting challenge with a new team, consider this opportunity and apply for our Human Resource Specialist opening. We are seeking confident professionals with effective communication skills and an outgoing personality. Qualified candidates will have two years minimum of prior HR experience specifically in the areas of payroll and compliance. Knowledge of employment regulations and statutes is required. Previous recruiting experience preferred.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires a minimum of 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. – 5:30p.m. Business demands of the position dictate peak time business hours. Outstanding benefits package include: 401(k) plan with double match feature; health, dental, life and disability coverage; as well as a generous paid time off program. Base salary range for this non-exempt position is $16.66 – $24.98, commensurate with experience; PLUS incentive opportunities.
