Due to continued growth, the University of Iowa Community Credit Union is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Mortgage Loan Assistant at our newest branch on University Avenue in Cedar Falls.
Ideal candidates will possess previous mortgage experience, preferably in processing first mortgage loans. In this position, your primary role is to partner with Mortgage Loan Officers and Senior Mortgage Loan Assistants to process loans. This position requires you to independently process large loan volumes accurately and quickly. Further, it is important that you are able to prioritize assignments accordingly. Accuracy and attention to detail are both required. Enthusiasm is a must too!
This full-time, non-exempt position requires a minimum of 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Loan volume often dictates additional work hours, which are necessary to meet critical deadlines and member demands. As such, the ability and availability to work flexible hours to accomplish workloads is a must.

Base salary range for the Mortgage Loan Assistant position is $14.24 – 19.26, commensurate with experience and qualifications; PLUS a production-based incentive.
