Job Opening Overview

Due to our expansion into the Cedar Valley, the UICCU is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Indirect Loan Officer position at our newest branch on University Avenue in Cedar Falls. The Indirect Loan Officer is responsible for counseling and interviewing applicants for loans and processing indirect loan applications with established retail lending guidelines. A minimum of one year of consumer lending experience or equivalent financial experience is preferred.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires a minimum of 40 hours/week; the initial schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Some Saturday hours will be required.

Outstanding benefits package include: 401(k) plan with double match feature; health, dental, life and disability coverage; as well as a generous paid time-off program. Base salary range for the position is $17.00 – $25.50 commensurate with experience PLUS generous incentive opportunities.
