Job Opening Overview
The University of Iowa Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced professional to lead operations of our Indirect Lending Department. Responsibilities include setting the overall direction, development, and expansion of the department, implementation of business development and growth activities, as well as overseeing staff to ensure strategic initiatives are fulfilled. Ideal candidate will be a visionary leader and excel in organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Retail, this individual will take an active role in leading the department in business development efforts to create referral sources in communities served. Minimum of three years of Financial Institution or Automotive related experience required; minimum of two years supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills are also required.
This full-time, exempt position requires a minimum of 40 hours/week. Business demands dictate peak time business hours. This position is based in Iowa City.
Outstanding benefits package include: 401(k) plan with double match feature; health, dental, life and disability coverage; as well as a generous paid time off program. Base salary range for position is $52,500 - $78,840 commensurate with experience plus incentive opportunities.
